We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license and your codes. In this user2user forum, here is neither access to your Avira customer account!

Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Access to your Avira customer account and Avira Support is only possible with the e-mail address with which you purchased the Avira license and correctly registered in your Avira customer account! Check your own access data, only you have access to this.
You have already submitted various contacts with # ticket numbers to Avira Support and also requested further external help - outside of Avira Support!
Check your own settings. Only the licensee can know the access data and insert the correct verification code in his customer account and keep it up to date! Check your own settings, which cannot be accessed from here, the public Avira Community.
