Cancelling Trial subscrition
AbgeschlossenI have Avira Free and recently tried to get Avira Prime on trial. Nothing has come my way and when I click on the download it just keeps returning to the trial offer page. I want to cancel the trial offer and make sure I am not charged in December 20224. How do i get to a human to explain the situation as the online chat just referred me to some FAQs that were not helpul.

Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration for the purchased license can contact the Avira Support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.”
You had already contacted support several times. You can only contact Avira Support if you have correctly logged in with the data for ordering the Prime Test version.
The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
