Your statements: ‘service injuiry’ and ‘Avira charges for service not supplied’ are incomprehensible to us.
You have already tried to contact support 8 times since May 2024 using this email address and 2 more times using another email address. And in each case - 8 x - you were informed by the digital assistant Mark that you were not logged in to your Avira customer account: ‘Hello, I'm Mark, your digital assistant. I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.’ and ‘If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.’
Only with a correct registration is a satisfactory answer and the use of the purchased licence possible. Your response ‘nil out of 10’ is astonishing, despite being told to keep not creating same useless support tickets!You have left 2 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. Only if you log in correctly with the email address used for the purchase will the licence you have already received be displayed in your Avira customer account.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to your customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated immediately. Only you know the email address with which you purchased the Avira licence! You have not purchased an Avira licence under this email address used for this article, nor under any of the other 7 requests!You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum, an ‘user2user’ forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed OS and your purchased Avira licence.

Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration for the purchased licence can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
Here are the instructions for registering and installing the Avira Prime version:The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Questions about the Avira purchase and Avira installation can only be answered via your purchased licence in compliance with the GDPR by email via Avira Support.

Since 03.05.2024, your purchased Avira licence is available in your Avira customer account under the e-mail address you have chosen for your order and can be used by you after your correct registration.
