    You have already had several contacts with Avira Support regarding your PWM issue. You have not provided us with any information about your installation.

    The community is a publicly accessible forum, an user2user forum, personal data cannot and must not be questioned or processed here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR.

    We do not have access to your installation here, and we are sorry that we cannot give you any troubleshooting details with the information you have provided.
