    You are posting here in a public forum. Please never post personal data or the reference number of your licence in a public forum. We have removed these from your post for your security.

    No Avira licence is stored under the email address you used for this post. Please check which e-mail address you used to order the Avira trial version. 

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. By correctly logging in with the email address you used to place the order: your activated licence will be available for installation. 

    Please check your e-mail addresses. Only you know which e-mail address you used to order the trial version. 

    Unfortunately, the publicly accessible Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support. See the information available to you, Avira Community Guidelines: "How to create a post?  ⇒ Details matter":

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    Unfortunately, questions about your licence, payment processing or installation can only be processed by the support team via your General Data Protection Regulation customer account by e-mail, i.e. by e-mail in compliance with the GDPR.
