    We already answered yesterday (!) your here now again newly posted request:

    Unfortunately, we couldn't do anything with the subsequent copies either:

    No access to your settings is possible from the publicly accessible Avira Community, this is only possible from Avira Support GDPR-compliant by e-mail with your correct registration via Avira Support.

From here we have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation nor to your purchased Avira licence with the current version number and details of your installed operating system with the current number of the last version update.

    Once more: No access to your settings is possible from the publicly accessible Avira  COMMUNITY , this is only possible from Avira  SUPPORT  by e-mail GDPR-compliant with your correct registration via Avira SUPPORT.

    That is correct. That's why we told you that enquiries in the Avira COMMUNITY can only be answered in German or English!
