Serious problem
Good Morning. I beg you to help me solve the problem:
In the month of August I bought Avira Prime for 5 devices and I can't get it installed correctly. Constantly I get messages to renew the license and today I got a message saying that my Avira license had expired, so the PC was unprotected.
Nor have I managed to run System Speedup on the PC for a long time.
I get a message that says: "The connection to the Avira System Speedup service is not possible. Restart your device and try again."

first of all please don´t post private data like your email address on the open internet. Always keep in mind, everyone has access to it!
In your case, it looks like there is an old license merged in the installation. Please perform an uninstallation of the Avira products, restart the system and start the installation as described under the following link again:
