recent purchase
AbgeschlossenI mistakenly purchased Avira. I didn't realize I already had another antivirus running and have another two years left on that account. I have tried to call and contact was very poor (static, etc), and I waited for a Tech Supporter for over 2 hours. I deleted the day after because the two antiviruses were fighting each other.
Please tell me how I can get a refund.
