A refund can be requested only in the first:
- 30 days with a 1, 2 or 3-year license
- 14 days with a 1-month license
after the product was purchased in the Avira online shop.
The refund for any Avira consumer product is carried out by our billing partner cleverbridge. Make sure to have the cleverbridge order/reference number at hand when contacting cleverbridge Customer Support.
