AbgeschlossenI have been charged twice an amount 24,90 euros on respectively 6th ane 20 february 2020., this is not acceptable.
I have been only using Avira Free for a couple of years!!!!! long time ago.
I am not a user of avira anymore.
I have no invoice in my documents on my old account..So its pointing to a fraudulous usage of my card.
Would require that you reimburse me for the undue two debits .

Please check your licenses in your customer account https://my.avira.com under Subscriptions. In your Avira customer account there are 2 email addresses. (1 x Jacques and 1 x Jacque - without "s", possibly a typing error?) Is it possible that licenses with active license renewal are still running under this e-mail address?
If you do not find any subscriptions in your customer account, it probably means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice/renewal

Perhaps this will help to exclude and clarify dubious debits.
