trojan horse HEUR/AGEN.1125783

Avira gave me a Security Alert. It concerns a file containing a pattern of HEUR/AGEN.1125783.
I'm not able to remove this file in any way, so I'm stuck with it. Repeatedly testing with Avira results in finding the same Trojan which will then be moved into quarantine. What can you advice me to do in order to get rid of the T.Horse? I'm out of ideas! With regards Jan.
