unauthorized payment

on 22 July 2018 I made the payment to Avira Antivir Avira.com of € 34.95 for the renewal of the license by credit card. this amount was repeated for 2019 and 2020 without receiving any license. please give me back the amount paid

Furthermore, there is no purchased product on my profile on the Avira website so I can't talk to anyone
