    Hello masrisam,

    Please use the following instructions to check whether your
    license and phantom VPN correctly installed and activated according to the following instructions.

    After that the test phase should not be displayed any more.
    If something is still unclear, please let me know, otherwise enjoy the Prime license with VPN.

    Hi pascha45,

    Thanks for your help, which is exactly what I was doing with no success.

    Till I found the solution : It seems that Avira antivirus security was stopping the VPN and keeping it in a trial mode.

    There is an option in Avira Antivirus security to turn on VPN which when I did it, immediately  the VPN phantom went into pro mode and started working properly on my android mobile.
