    Yes, you have made contact several times with the Avira Support- Team since 30.10.2020
    Important is when and where you submitted the declaration of withdrawal?

    Thank you for you reply, please see below the answers of mentioned questions :

    Q : Important is when and where you submitted the declaration of withdrawal?

    A : Firstly I opened a ticket requesting refund and then i read the article of withdrawal right, so i filled up the form and sent it to customerservice@avira.com today.

    Q : Did you follow these instructions

    A : Yes but after I got charged.

    We cannot help you. It is important that you have completed your cancellation with full refund in a timely manner following the instructions in the link above. This must be submitted in due time according to the instructions given and will then also be available to the support team.

    I would like to ask a question, i'm currently trying to obtain a refund for the Avira phantom Pro which I have just purchased (same day) 19/11/2020, although I cannot access the refund / withdrawal form.
    What can I do?

    If you have purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop, log in to your customer account with the email address you used for the purchase:         https://my.avira.com        

    In your customer account you will find the license under SUBSCRIPTION.

    Below you will find instructions on how to get a refund:

    Thanks for your previous comment.
    I’m replying as till now I have filled out 2 forms for a full refund, with no further notification regarding the refund. All I received was an email stating that a member of your support team will contact me.
    I’m a little concerned that I won’t get my refund as time will go by and the chance to claim my refund will expire.

    Refunds take a little longer. We have no control over the process of your refund here.

    This is done by the support team, we have no insight into your customer account here.

    Otherwise,  you have to reply to the e-mail, or is that a noreply?

    You have copies of when you applied for a refund, so all you have to do is wait now.
    I am sorry, I cannot give any other information.

    I dont mind waiting, I was only concerned that my refund form was somehow ignored or not received from the support end.

    Hi Avira team ,

    I have cancelled my Avira Phantom subscription well before 1 month of my purchase . Not interested,  When can i expect my full refund . Please.  I followed all the instructions needed for cancellation /subscription off etc and posted the details to email support team as well.
