I have had an active subscription for 4 years and chose not to renew it this time, however, avira have taken the payment for a 2 year subscription from my account. I have tried ti log in to my account to get this resolved but there is no account to access, I have created another account to access avira help but the link doesn't work. Dies anyone know how i can speak with an agent?

Please log in using the e-mail address with which you received the license renewal. This is very important, especially if you have several email addresses in your Avira customer account. Then you will be connected to the Avira support team, which can only be reached with a valid license.
