Dissatisfied customer
AbgeschlossenI purchased the full home package. The free version worked fine so thought the paid version would be better, Not. I have to turn on the VPN three or four times a day and at least once a day on the security and other options. They don't work well when they are always shutting down. I have tried to find an email address for them so I can get a refund but to no avail. What company doesn't supply an email address. I would like to cancel my license and go back to the free version. I don't care at this point if I get a refund or not. Avira is happy to take your money but makes it impossible to reach them with a complaint. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I will not bad mouth them but no recommendations. If they could have solved the problem I would have gone away happy. If they would like to contact me they have MY email address.

It is unfortunate that you have difficulties in using the licence.
Unfortunately, you have not specified which operating system is installed on your computer.If you have done so, your licence should be displayed in your customer account.
Please log in to your customer account with your e-mail address at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home Your licences will be displayed under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans.Please check if you are logged in with the email address you used when ordering the licence!
From there you can start the process immediately by clicking on INSTALL.
Customers of the Premium Products with a valid licence can contact the support team directly. There you will also find your contract documents, which we do not have access to here.
