avira prime -- real time protection is stopped & all items in "protect option" is off, can't be switched on & can not scan files

I have----
1) uninstall --> reinstall
2) from the control pannel, use "repair", it showed success, but the software doesn't work at all.
3) use the "fix now" button beside the "real time protection is stopped" notice, the circle just kept turnning, and nothing happened.
Now, the problem worsened. Basically, can't do anything.
