Problem with Avira Prime
BeantwortetToday 06/02/2021 I started up PC went to do a scan on my Avira Prime & could not get it to work?? I only paid for this on 18/11/2020. When I go to Avira website to My Avira Account page it is showing I have no subscription & am not protected!! I have the invoice from Avira dated 18/11/2020 & states I have Avira Prime on a 1 year subscription from that date. Can someone please explain what is happening.

There is an explanation for your question, you have 2 email addresses stored in the customer account at Avira. It is important to note that there is a difference between gmail com and googlemail com for the access data to the customer account. With the correct email address logged in and the confirmation that you are the owner of this email address, the license should be displayed in the Avira customer account for INSTALLATION.
Please log in with the email address you used to purchase your license in your customer account: https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/home The correct address is important, the license will be activated directly to the email account upon purchase.
Under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans you will see your activated license. With a click on Install you can start this process directly from there, see also the illustrated instructions:
