I've been using avira password manager for a while (as an extension in google chrome), i've been registered user: my avira accont was linked to my google account since 1.10.2020 - found it in my google account preferences. I've used a web dashboard a few time and managed my passwords. But yesterday my google chrone has crashed and one way to get my browser back was to reinstall it. After that i've got a new extension, new dashboard, avira suggests me to create master password (i've never did it before, because i've been logged on my.avira.com with my google account), but i've have not got my passwords. It's empty.

I know that if i not logged in avira account, that all passwords are stored on my local PC, But i've been logged on, i've used web dashboard. But all my data is lost. It seems like i've created a new avira account and linked it to my google account.

  Hi Alex,

  Sadly we cannot recover your data as we're not able to read or link it to your account. Please make sure that you've turned on "backup and sync" to get access to even when your system is broken.

  I have created 2 accounts from this mail

  now I can not open old login. I have my all password on old one. 

  plz tell me how you can help me
