    I do not have any subscriptions in my account but I am still charged every month.

    Please check your email addresses in your customer account. If 2 email addresses have been used, you need to know which one you are logging in with - the one you used to order the licence. Important: Uninstalling the software is not a cancellation!
    It is important to use the one you used to purchase the licence. If you are logged in with the correct e-mail address, your licence will be displayed in your customer account.
