Attempt to get a payment for a canceled subscription
For the third day Avira Prime (max 5 devices) is being attempted to charge my card. I used the trial version and canceled the subscription before it ended. I did not order the purchase! I uninstalled the antivirus. I even made a request to delete my account. Please cancel the order.
I would also like to say that there is no support page for home users. When you click on Contact us here, nothing happens, the button is unresponsive.
That is why I am writing here and hoping for your help.

Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the licence. This is particularly important if several email addresses are stored in the Avira customer account.
Uninstalling the anti-virus program or deleting the account does not cancel the licence. You have already written to the support team - the support page for private users - on 04/02/21.Please have a look at the following information, maybe you will find a solution there. Did you follow these instructions?

You have also contacted the support team, created a ticket there and already received an answer. This is the right way, there you will receive help and further information in your self-created ticket from the support team. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any further help here, thank you for your understanding.

What?! Are you kidding me?!
I have one account, one email. And my subscription is canceled!
But I get emails that I've placed a purchase order. I didn't! And there are attempts to charge my card!
I am asking to cancel order 272202378And once again, I say that I have no way to contact your support by mail or phone. The home product support page is not working!!!

I have the same problem as Helen Chucha above. I just got charged $60.95 (AU) even though i cancelled my subscription months ago. You onpurposely make it impossible to contact you, either by email or phone.
I need a refund of the $60.95 i got charged. This is totally wrong what you are doing.
