    Which OS is installed on your computer for this question?
    So, you got the message about the outdated drivers. What did you do?
    Did you check your drivers? Were you offered the latest drivers for installation?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to these checks in the publicly accessible forum, nor do we have access to your installation.
