How to terminate nonexistent Avira contract and domicilliation?
I am using Avira Free Security and I don't have any active abonement by now (according to 'My Avira Account' on your website). Why do you withdrow 44,95 EUR from my VISA card by means of a direct debit twice this year? How can I terminate this domicilliation?

Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always stored in the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

Thanks a lot! Now it is clear.
We have two subscriptions in my husband's Avira account!
We have found Avira e-mail in his mailbox and now we have unsubscribed from one subscription using your link above. I wil install Optimization Suit again we have paid for. We don't need Avira Free Security. :-)
