Can't see the a quarantined file to delete it

Hi

I had an exe being quarantined in my D partition. I know exatly which file it is and I want to delete it manually with Windows explorer, but it keeps crashing.

I can't see any files in my Avira quarantine in orter to delete it and I just keep getting security alerts. How do I delete this file from my system?
