    You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM: an ‘user2user’ forum. From here, we have neither information nor access to your Avira customer account  ⇒ nor to your purchased and correctly installed Avira licence. (General Data Protection Regulation!)

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always linked to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under this address. Please check that your Avira licence is correctly registered in your Avira customer account!


    The Avira Community is not (!) a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the description in the Avira Community Guidelines:

    Premium customers with a valid licence who have registered correctly can contact the Avira support team directly from their Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: by email, chat and (at times) telephone.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Questions about your installation and your licence can only be handled by the Avira Support Team via your Avira customer account in accordance with the GDPR by email. 
    Here, in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum, email contact is not possible for purely technical reasons. Only posts can be made here.
