Avira Password Manager
AbgeschlossenAfter I enter the Master Password on my phone, it always shows 'No network connection' and I cannot log in to the Password Manager. However, I have checked many times and confirmed that my network connection is working properly.

Unfortunately, we cannot get a clear picture from the information you have provided, as you have not provided us with all the important data for troubleshooting (Avira licence with current version number and OS with current installation number and last update).The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions about your installation and your licence can only be answered by the Avira Support team via your Avira customer account in accordance with the GDPR by email. In the Avira Community Forum, it is not technically possible to contact us by email. Only posts (which are not GDPR-compliant!) can be published here.
