AbgeschlossenI was debited from my bank account for the following sum: € 79.95 even though I did not have Avira installed. I would like to be reimbursed for the said sum in question. And I have as Kaspersky antivirus.

Please check your email addresses in your Avira customer account. There are 2 email addresses. Has the automatic licence renewal been deactivated on both of them? Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data may and can neither be processed nor questioned here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR. Questions regarding your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR.
If the license is no longer installed, the automatic license renewal of the subscription has not been cancelled - the license continues.
Please have a look at the information, maybe you will already find a solution there:A refund cannot be made from a publicly accessible forum, only the licence holder himself can do that. Unfortunately, we have no authorization to do so and no possibility to initiate this for you. Thank you for your understanding.
