I wanna know how to cancel payment

Neither I order any product of AVIRA nor get any subscription after I received a bill(which I didn't even know it was purchased)

I wanna know how to the email address to cancel it, or need help to solve the problem

and also didn't get any subscription after I received a text about purchasement

  Have you deactivated the automatic licence renewal in your subscription? This setting should be observed urgently to terminate the subscription.

  Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license (was the delivery address entered by you during the PayPal order process?) and the password you chose. Afterwards, as a Premium customer with an active license, you can contact the support team directly.
