Cant install Avira Pro

Every time I try to install my license of Avira Pro it only installs Avira FREE version, when I call Avira phone support it directs me to a TRAVEL AGENCY BOOKING company....
Any idea how i can get what i paid for and get it to install?

If the license is not displayed in your customer account, then unfortunately your access data is incorrect.
Please log in with the email address that was used to purchase the license.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. In my account, under subscriptions i see a license for Antivirus PRO. When i install it it does not register as Antivirus PRO, i see "License Expired" and it shows as Avira FREE... when i uninstall Avira, and reinstall it still shows as FREE. "License Expired"

Nao consigo instalar o Avira. Cada vez que tento pede para reiniciar o computador, quando volta a ligar e tento instalar diz que é impossivel instalar o Avira.
