Cancel unwanted suspscription
AbgeschlossenHi,
in June or July (don't remember exactly) I had a pop-up in my screen to subscribe Avira for free during two months, to try the product, and then, if I like it, I would subscribe... I accepted, but after two months I didn't ask any susbscription... The fact is that money have been taken from my account (I notice in a store when I was prwparing to pay and don't have money) and I don't want the product (not because is bad, it insn't, but because I'm not working and can't afford...).
I'm trying to speak with Avira to fix that and have my money back but it looks impossible to do that and the only option was forcing me to accept the community and make this post...

You can contact the support team by logging into the Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the license.
This email address, which was used for the order, is important, especially if several email addresses are stored.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.The Community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data can neither be questioned nor processed here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR.
