How to get in contact with Avira customer service?

I have cancelled my subscription and terminated my Avira account few months ago. Still you send me automatic renewal. How to reach customer service?

  Hello Ilkka,

  Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

  You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the email address with which you ordered the license and which probably has an active automatic license renewal. Please check your email addresses, also whether they are verified. If you log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used when ordering the license, you will be able to contact the support team directly. You can do this - you are a Premium customer with a valid license:

  Hello Ilkka,

  You have unfortunately replied with a "no-reply" email. This is a notification email that is only used to inform you of a new comment in your post.

  It also states:

  Please do not reply to this message. Email replies do not update content in the Help Centre."

  The "no-reply" emails will be deleted immediately and unfortunately cannot be read in the post.

  Hello Josephine,

  Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
