After purchasing the Avira Premium 5 subscription whit Paypal on 09/09/2021, to date i have not been able to download it.

  Hello Maurizio,

  Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license. Did you enter the delivery address in the PayPal order process?

  You have 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account, please choose your order email address for the license and check if it is verified.
  
  

  Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

  After purchasing the Avira Premium 5 subscription whit Paypal on 09/09/2021, to date i have not been able to download it.

  Could you please describe in more detail why this does not work?
