STOP Auto Renewal and refund my money
AbgeschlossenI next subscription for one year start by Nov. 4, but i don't want to continue with AVIRA. Please close my account and refund my money.

With correct login, you are in your customer account.
You can cancel the subscription yourself from there, and you can also initiate a refund yourself.
We do not have access to your account from the community.
