    I have tried to cancel for 2 months - send me a notification that you have refunded me and the subscription is cancelled

Questions about your licence or installation can unfortunately only be dealt with by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR.     Premium customers with a valid licence can contact the support team from their customer account under "Support" in a GDPR-compliant manner.
    We have no access to your customer account and no authorization to cancel. Only the owner of the licence can initiate this.

    why are you taking payments not authorised when account cancelled

    Hello Nikki,

    You have  2  e-mail addresses with licenses in your Avira customer account.

    Please check your customer accounts with the different e-mail addresses with which you are registered at Avira, also whether both licenses in the different accounts have already been cancelled by you.
