    Hello,
    I did note the debit of 99.95 euros on January 25 for the renewal of my AVIRA computer protection.
    However, I did not receive the invoice nor the explanation of the doubling of the price!
    Please enlighten me and send me the invoice.

    Comment avez vous procédé Impossible d'accéder à la page contact pour faire une demande.

    je pensais avoir bien annulé la demande de non renouvellement mais cela n'a visiblement pas fonctionné et une somme m'a été prélevé. Comment obtenir le remboursement
