No subscription
AbgeschlossenI log into my account and I can´t see my sunscription. I paid for a phamtom subscription
I AM using the right Email and i have been charged for the subscription.

I have now checked both accounts. There is NO Phantom which is what I wanted to buy. I tried to get the refund when i cancelled the subscription which was for an antivirus I DID NOT want.
Can I get the refund soon? Otherwise i will just leave the longest possible negative review in all the blogs anf forums i have found.

Your annoyance is understandable.
You probably accidentally overlooked the information we sent you about this forum.
We do not have access to your account, we are a public user2user forum.
We have no documents from your account to initiate a refund, this can only be done via support. We also do not have the authorization to do so.
As you write, you have tried to get a refund. After that, you must have your data.
Log in with the email address you used to order the license and to which the invoice was sent.
Then you can find your license in your Avira account.Here is some more information, maybe you will find your solution:

The problem is there no direct way of contacting your company. Can you give me a direct mail to contact them? cancel the subscription, and ask for a refund?
