Purchase of Avira Antivirus Pro

I have purchased Avira Antivirus Pro and reference number is 313xxxxxx but I am not able to see any active plans on the dashboard and it says plan is expired but I have purchased in the month of January 2022. Please need assistance from your side.

Please log in to your Avira customer account atwith the email address, you used for the purchase.
At https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans your license will be displayed and can be installed from there.

In subscription tab I am not able to see any active subscription to install the suite but I have purchased it earlier. Please help.

Hello.
I have exactly the same issue as described, there has been a verification mail after my purchase and also, the payment is done.
Sometimes the app seems to recognize a pro version but more often, I am asked to upgrade. But how am I supposed to if I already have the upgrade?And I can't even use the premium support features although I paid.
Please help with this issue. Thanks

Is the subscription displayed for you and should be recognized as Pro version only sometimes?
Unfortunately, the description is not completely understandable.First, some questions, without which we cannot get a picture of your request .
- Which OS is installed on your system? (exact version with current version number)
- Is your license displayed in your customer account under subscriptions?
- Did you install the software from your customer account under "Subscriptions" by clicking on "Install"?
Please describe exactly what you did during the installation.

Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.If the subscription is not displayed there, the access data is not correct.

Please check if you purchased in January the version Avira Prime or the version Avira Pro version. This is important that the correct Avira version is specified.
After the purchase, did you log in correctly to your customer account with the email address (that you used when purchasing the license) and a password that you chose?
Then the subscription is displayed at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If the subscription is not displayed there, the access data is not correct!You only write that nothing is displayed under Subscriptions. What did you do to log in correctly?
