License automatically renewal
AbgeschlossenWhen i followed the steps to cancel the automatic renewal , i get a page saying none of my devices are protected by avira. yet i got a e mail saying my license will automatically be renewed and the money will be taken from my account. I do not want to renew this license. I also found it impossible to get any customer support to deal with this issue. When i go to renewal settings or subscription on the home page , they dont lead to an option to automatically cancel the renewal.
Shit service, very frustrating..

The service is not always the culprit when something does not work...
Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license.
You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Please check your email addresses, and also if they are verified by you.If you are logged in with the correct e-mail address, your subscription will be displayed under Subscriptions, and from there you can deactivate the automatic license renewal:
https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If the subscription is not displayed there, the access data is not correct.

All mails i received were on my gmail account from which i followed your links.I was logged in on my gmail account with my name on the top right hand corner, and i couldn t cancel my renewal. Yesterday i got my FIRST mail from ye at 20.44 on my yahoo account after I made my complaint and cancellling my renewal was simple, not the same bullshit scenario i had on my gmail account. Ye still went on to renew my account when i stated above very clearly that 'I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW THIS LICENSE',
Why did ye renew the license?

Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
