atomatic renewal
AbgeschlossenI was charged a renewal to a service I did not ask for. I apparently have a premium solution status, a customer ID #, a Plan # and a Date I was charged. The customer service phone number is not in service and I logged into the Avira website and says I don't have a subscription!!! Help me to cancel and not get charged again! Perhaps you can explain what I am recieving for my $179????
