Avira Pro subscription cancelled?

J'ai souscrit à Avira Pro le 31 mai 2022 pour un an (Ref N° 3xxxxxxx1). après j'ai eu des souci avec ma version de windows et j'ai dû finalement la réinstaller. Depuis lors je n'ai plus accès à Avira Pro.
La réinstallation a-t-elle annulé ma suscription? sinon comment l'obtenir?
I subscribed to Avira Pro on May 31, 2022 for one year (Ref N° 3xxxxxxx1). After that, I had problems with my version of windows and I finally had to reinstall it. Since then I no longer have access to Avira Pro.
Did reinstalling cancelled my subscription? If not how to get it?

We have removed the reference number for your security.
The license is stored in your customer account and is displayed there.
Please make sure that you have registered at
https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.
Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can install directly from there or contact the support:
https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
