automatic renewal
Abgeschlossenan automatic charge was made to my card and since I changed my laptop I don't have the service and I don't want that service anymore and I don't plan to continue paying for this service and since there is no way to contact them what they do seems like a fraud

There are certainly ways to get in touch with Avira.
You have 3 e-mail addresses stored in your Avira customer account. One of the 3 e-mail addresses probably has a typing error in your name! Before you suspect and express further suspicions about bad practices, please first check your own personal order data.
