    There, you have already been told exactly that you have  3  e-mail addresses stored in your customer account. 
    Once again: Log in to your customer account with your access data (e-mail address and the password you have chosen) with which you previously ordered the license. This is the only way to display the licence you have purchased in your customer account, and the only way to cancel the licence you have ordered.

    You write:

    "I have followed the instructions for cancelling a subscription."

    Unfortunately, you have not followed the instructions provided by us.
    You have inserted a customer account copy here, with which the subscription was not ordered. This means that the license cannot be displayed.

    There, it is also described that a contract is not terminated just because it is no longer installed.
