    Hello Lorinda,

    You are writing here in a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account. Changes to your license can only be made via your customer account with Support.

    Please make sure that you are logged in at:

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home 

    with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you have previously purchased Avira. Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your subscription be displayed.

    Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can make settings directly from there or contact the support:

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 

    If it is not displayed, the access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
