I cant uninstall avira

I cant uninstall avira free antivirus. My avira is glitched and i cant even stop it in task manager.

I looked at many tutorials but it wont uninstal , i only have avira in programfilesx86 and

when i try to delete theese files it says acces denied. someone please help.

  also its so annoying it stops some installations and makes a loud noise opening this stupid luke filewalker thing which i cant stop
