    Unfortunately, neither your picture nor your description can tell us which OS and which Avira version you have installed.
    You have 3 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account, please check whether all email addresses are verified by you. You also have a paid version, have you already installed it correctly?
    Unfortunately, you have not left us any information with which we can recognize which OS and which Avira version you used for the scan.
    Do you get an error message, have you quarantined something?
    Did you have the offending version checked again?
