Not subscribed and still getting charged
AbgeschlossenI only signed up for a one-month free trial and it seems it's been charging me every month since. Yet it very clearly shows in my Avira account that I have no active subscriptions!! And every time I look for a way to unsubscribe I find no direct Contact Us email, only constant reminders that I'm not subscribed to anything - yet I can show you the screenshot of having been charged just two days ago. I want my money back!

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfil your wish for a refund. Only you can initiate this process yourself.
Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the license.
The e-mail address used here for this article cannot be the one because it has just been opened and therefore the order of the Avira test version (already weeks ago) is not possible.Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT" - and reach support from there by e-mail, chat and telephone.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your subscription be displayed.
