I am trying to cancel my Avira subscription and get a refund but I seem to be going round in circles trying to contact Cleverbridge

Unfortunately, we do not understand your description. Unfortunately, you have not given us any information about your installed OS and your Avira version.
Please log in to your customer account with the access data (email address and the password you chose for this purpose) with which you previously ordered the Avira subscription.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
