Subscription
CompletedI just received an email that has caused me a lot of consternation. The email says:

I have never taken out an active subscription, I use the free service. Also, when I go to subscription I cannot tell whether I have an active subscription. I am worried that some mistake has occurred and I am being charged for using the service. Can someone please help out? If there is a subscription active on my account, please cancel it.

Ok, now it says that my password was compromised in a data breach. Does this mean I have been charged money on my breached account? Can someone please help me with this?

Unfortunately, we can't get a picture of your details. We do not have access to your customer account.
We lack any information about your installation, your OS and your Avira protection.
Have you done a scan? If there are any malware found in the scan, you would have to take care of removing them or even rescuing your system.
Please check your installed subscriptions, you will have received a description of them. Who is the sender of the subscription renewal? Contact the sender. Cancellations are not possible for us in your installations, we have no authorization for this and unfortunately also no access.
We are a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your account and your installations.Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team. The transaction ID on my account is:

It says:
DESKTOP-RxxxxxB
I never paid for this transaction. I have to hope it is just my account they used. I don't have this account linked to any payment methods so I doubt they could use my money, they must have paid for it some other way but I never purchased this.
Can you find anything else out?

If my account is compromised, maybe you are better to just delete it completely. I am unsure what is going on now.
