anonymous proxy restriction??

Hello!
I live in Europe and will Stream Foxnation but when i starts the movie it fail with this message "anonymous proxy restriction"
On the VPN I selected US Streaming, I tried with the other options with the same result.. anonymous proxy restriction.
Anyone know how to solve this problem??
