the license did not appear
CompletedI start the free trial of avira subscriptions. I received a e-mail with the payment confirmation, but the subscriptipons is not appear in my account. Any idea how to fix it?

You are writing in a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account.
Please log in to your customer account with your access data (e-mail address with the password you selected for this license) with which you previously purchased the subscription.
If it is not displayed under ABOS, your access data is unfortunately incorrect.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your purchased subscription be displayed.
Questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with GDPR.
Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".
